Industrial Seal Repair and Overhaul
for Centrifuges, Pumps and Compressors
For over 50 years the Stein Seal Company has manufactured, repaired,
overhauled and redesigned seals and sealing systems for industrial,
aerospace and other applications. Stein Seal has specialized in
rotating seals in high speed and critical equipment. Stein Seal
designs seals and sealing systems for Centrifugal Compressors,
Centrifuges and ANSI/API Standard 682 pumps among other applications.
Stein Seal has experience with industrial seals from various machinery
produced by OEM’s
including Alfa Laval, Tomoe, Bird Centrifuges, Dresser Rand and
AC Compressors centrifugal compressors. Capabilities includes supplying
face seal blade rings for industrial gas turbines as used on frames
W501,W501-B, W501-DE, W251B-9, W215B-10, 501F,701F and 501G.
Stein Seal, a privately owned company, can tailor a design and
service contract to meet your needs. Stein Seal is an ISO 9001:2000
certified manufacturer of industrial seals and sealing systems
with a dedicated repair department and 80 CNC machines in our production
area to enhance our repair delivery capability. Support is also
provided through our engineering department and test lab. When
required, one of Stein Seal’s 24 test rigs can be used to
verify performance at actual operating conditions. Customers are
invited to witness the testing of their industrial seal and sealing
system.
