Machinist Wanted
Are you tired or bored of making the same parts day after day?
Are you a person that takes machining seriously?
We are looking for machinists who love to be challenged by making
close tolerance parts using the latest high tech equipment available today.
We have a clean, air conditioned, world class machine shop with
the latest state of the art equipment. Training, continuous improvement, & Lean Manufacturing
is our goal on a daily bases.
We have 50 + CNC machines which consist of 2 - 5 axis CNC milling
centers, 2 & 4
axis lathes with live tools, CNC cylindrical grinders, up to
our state of the art 9 axis Multi-center Turn/Mills.
We supply parts to multiple Aerospace customers, which include
Jet engine manufacturers, power generation industry, US government, & many other industrial
manufactures. The parts made are challenging; when produced they give you, the machinist, a
great sense of accomplishment.
Our Company has a great team atmosphere. Our supervisors are
CNC programmers. There is a close relationship between the supervisor and machinist; all share
the same goal of manufacturing the best quality parts in the most efficient way.
Currently, there are openings for the following positions:

All-Around Machinist (CNC lathe and mill): day shift short-run
cell
-
Manual Machinist (engine lathe) (day shift)
-
CNC Turn/Mill and Lathe Machinist (night shift)
-
CNC Multi-Axis Turn/Mill (night shift)
-
CNC Mill Machinist (to run mill and be trained on CNC
ID/OD Grinder) (night shift)
Our night shift machinists receive a 10% shift premium
(10% is added to their rate).
Requirements
We have found that the nature of our work requires at least 5 years experience which must
include set-up, and working to close tolerances. You
must have a working knowledge of speeds and feeds, G codes, and be able to work from blueprints
that include geometric tolerancing.
