CNC Machinist Cylindrical Grinder ID OD

Job Description:

  • Full-Time (7:00 am to 3:30 pm)
  • Responsible for set-up and operation of precision grinding equipment
  • Strong math skills required
  • Understanding and interpreting of blueprints
  • Write and change programs as required

 Job Requirements Include:

 Minimum of 3 years experience in precision grinding

  • Set-up and operate a 2-axis CNC Okuma Lathe
  • Ability to use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
  • Knowledge of G & M codes
  • Ability to hold tight tolerances

Machinist - CNC

Job Description:

  • CNC Mill / Turn Machinist
  • 2nd shift - shift differential
  • Monday through Thursday 5:30 pm - 2:00 am
  • Friday 3:30 pm - 12:00 am

 Job Requirements Include:

  • Set up and operate 2- and 4-axis CNC Lathes with live tooling and (depending on experience) up to 9-axis Okuma MacTurn type machines
  • Related experience required, including ability to read and edit G code programs
  • Okuma experience a plus

Overtime available

Production Supervisor 2nd Shift

Overall Purpose: Supervises and supports the activities of the Production Department

 Hours: Monday through Thursday from 5:30pm to 2:00am, Friday from 3:30pm to midnight; overtime is required


  • Oversee production area
  • Maintain and follow work schedule
  • Edit CNC programs at machines when necessary
  • Complete performance evaluations
  • Lock the building and set security at the end of the shift


  • 5 years supervisory experience in a Manufacturing environment
  • 5 years experience working with CNC Milling centers with the ability and understanding to set up and make G-code editing at the machine


  • Excellent computer skills, including CNC programming, manufacturing software experience (ERP), Email, Microsoft Word and Excel


  • CNC Milling experience
  • Deburring, Assembly and Testing experience a plus
  • Journeyman machinist and/or College graduate with classes in manufacturing a plus

Tool Crib Attendant 2nd Shift

Job Description:

  • Receives, stores and issues hand tools, machine tools, dies and equipment
  • Keep records of tools issued and returned
  • Prepare periodic inventory
  • Set up gauge kits for machinists
  • Maintain stock, minor tool repair

 Job Requirements Include:

  • Basic mechanical aptitude
  • Excellent math skills
  • At least 3 years related experience required
  • Forklift experience

Industrial Maintenance Technician - HVAC

Job Duties:


  • Provide maintenance on heating, cooling, humidification, & de-humidification equipment.
  • Understanding and troubleshooting knowledge of the following:
    • Chillers
    • Air Handlers
    • Fans
    • Air Conditioners
    • Heat Pumps
    • Water Pumps
    • Controls
  • Perform other facility related maintenance duties as needed
    • Machine & heacy equipment rigging
    • PM's of material handling equipment
    • Work within all OSHA safety requirements
  • Minimum 5 years experience specific to the commerical HVAC industry.
  • Knowledge of the theory, methods, practices, tools, and equipment of the trade.
  • Universal EPA Certified.
  • Knowledge of 3 phase electricity up to 480volts and control systems.  PLC knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to read, understand, and work from blueprints, specifications, and schematics.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, and lift/move up to 75lbs.
  • Trade school education is preferred.


Electrical Controls Engineer

Our Engineering Test Lab has an opening for an Electrical Controls Engineer to support the testing of complex mechanical seal systems used in the aerospace, nuclear, chemical, petrochemical, and marine industries.

This hands-on position integrates many fields including: Instrumentation, AC and DC Motors, Process Control, Panel Design, PLC and Data Acquisition Programming, Troubleshooting and Documentation. The industrial test lab environment gives the control engineer the flexibility to see product through from concept through design, build, startup, and running.  Projects include new test rig design and building new and existing test system upgrades.


•             BSEE + minimum 3 years' experience in industrial controls design

•             Ability to read and create electrical control prints/specifications and Piping & Instrument Diagrams [P&ID]

•             PLC, HMI and Data acquisition software programming experience

•             Working knowledge of NFPA 70E Standards for Electrical Safety in the Workplace

•             Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills

•             Minimal travel (less than 10%)


Desirable (not required):

•             2D CAD experience (AutoCAD Electrical)

•             LabVIEW programming experience

•             AC and DC motor controls experience

•             Industrial Networks experience
